Andrew O'Neill holds a masters in physiotherapy and has over 13 years of experience working with the public across a broad range of settings including orthopaedics, neurology and musculoskeletal care in such clinical settings as, Croom Orthopaedic Hospital, University Hospital Limerick and TC Physiotherapy. He has also worked with elite level athletes in both professional and amateur sports including professional rugby and intercounty GAA.
Andrew has an array of expertise from various backgrounds in elite sport and institutions. This makes our clinic a natural choice for many patients and referring medical practitioners. We offer high performance expertise with a friendly hands-on approach. This ensures that we deliver the best results in reducing pain, increasing function, and improving performance.
Sarah graduated from Keele University in 2003 with an honours degree in physiotherapy. She worked in a busy London hospital for 7 years before returning to Ireland. She specialised in musculoskeletal outpatients in 2005. During this time she also worked part-time in a holistic center and trained in dry-needling and acupuncture.
Having moved to Cork in 2009, Sarah began working in private practice. With fifteen years’ experience as a clinical Pilates instructor, she is highly trained in rehabilitation. She completed teacher training courses with APPI, DMA Clinical Pilates and Balanced Body.
Sarah has a significant experience of musculoskeletal conditions, including chronic back and neck pain, prescription of orthotics and of musculoskeletal paediatric conditions. She has experience of a wide range of complex injuries, having worked with all levels from minor injuries to high performance athletes.
Tracey has a Level 3 YMCA Accredited Diploma in Mat & Reformer Pilates; she completed her Pilates practitioner training through Reformation Academy in Dublin. Tracey’s comprehensive certification for Pilates equipment includes Mat, Reformer, and props.

As Practice Manager Lorraine ensures the clinic runs efficiently and effectively. In the past Lorraine has worked in sales with an emphasis on Customer services
Poised and calm in a busy environment and with a wonderful sense of humour Lorraine is the first person you’ll encounter on the phone or when visiting the clinic.
When not at work Lorraine enjoys walking and cycling.
